Location: Remote (Mexico); hybrid model with in-office commitment in Reforma, CDMX (2 days/week)

What you will do
- Use performance data and industry trends to set creative strategy, activate across single or integrated channels, and report results for future creative iterations.
- Communicate with clients to determine creative needs based on business objectives and present concepts with data-driven rationale.
- Produce creative testing plans, asset recommendations, and draft creative briefs for the design team.
- Manage creative delivery: oversee designs and copy to uphold brand guidelines/voice, write ad copy, and proofread/QA mock-ups for final delivery.
- Coordinate creative initiatives day to day, provide corrective action plans based on feedback, and ensure outgoing assets match briefs.
- Build weekly/monthly/quarterly creative reporting and insights, and manage competing tasks via project management platforms to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of digital marketing & creative experience (agency experience is a plus).
- Understanding of ad formats across digital channels including Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn (media buying experience is a plus).
- Strong written and oral communication with presentation skills for stakeholders, including C-suite personnel.
- Ability to research, find, and deliver concrete creative insights.
- Experience writing creative briefs and managing the creative process with design teams, including delegating briefing and QA/feedback to final delivery.
- Experience with reporting interfaces (e.g., Supermetrics, Motion App, Looker Studio, Tableau) and project management platforms (e.g., Wrike, Monday.com, Trello, Asana).
