TL;DR

hirify.global builds technology to help families stay organized and connected through brands like Cozi and FamilyWall, and is currently expanding into hardware with the Home Hub display.

What you will do

  • Lead operational readiness for the Home Hub launch, managing critical milestones and dependencies across internal teams.
  • Drive alignment between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure a successful launch.
  • Build and scale fulfillment, shipping, warranty, and returns processes to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with OEMs, logistics providers, and service vendors.
  • Collaborate with leadership on demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment decisions.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to track revenue, margin, inventory, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience launching, scaling, or operating consumer hardware products.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional launch execution involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Direct experience working with OEMs, manufacturers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
  • Deep understanding of inventory planning, warranty programs, and post-purchase operations.
  • Ability to build operational playbooks and reporting cadences from scratch.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with smart home products, connected devices, or tablets.
  • Background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) hardware businesses.
  • Experience managing international fulfillment or preorder programs.
  • Startup or growth-stage company experience.
