What you will do

• Own the end-to-end launch process for new enterprise gym partners, coordinating timelines and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain a standardized Partner Launch Playbook for scalable rollout across networks.
• Design trainer and manager enablement programs, including onboarding sessions and demo scripts.
• Coordinate in-gym marketing activations, such as QR code campaigns and trainer-led demos.
• Monitor partner performance and adoption metrics via a dedicated Partner Performance Dashboard.
• Collect structured product feedback from partners to collaborate with the product team on the roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong project and operational management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with enterprise clients or strategic partnerships.
• Proven ability to build scalable processes, playbooks, and operational systems.
• Experience working with multi-location businesses or franchise networks.
• Experience launching digital products through frontline staff.
• Must be based in Europe
