What you will do

• Lead post-MP sustaining projects to improve and maintain audio product lines.
• Develop and maintain full-scale project plans and product cost computations.
• Identify project risks and execute effective mitigation strategies.
• Resolve project issues and conflicts, escalating to functional managers when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
• Manage documentation and change control processes for sustaining projects.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of direct experience in a project manager role.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Experience in the development and sustaining of consumer electronics.
• Proficiency in engineering document control and change management processes.
• Ability to travel as required by project needs.
• Familiarity with project management processes and development schedule planning.

Nice to have

• Experience in project management of audio and wireless products.
• Qualified PMP certification.
