Temporary Change Management Practitioner (Supply Chain): Driving organizational transformation for the IAO initiative by aligning stakeholders and ensuring the adoption of new ERP and Supply Chain Planning tools with an accent on user engagement and resistance mitigation. Location: Hybrid (US: Folsom, Phoenix, Santa Clara, Hillsboro). This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Salary: $52,000 – $200,000 per year

What you will do
- Apply change management principles to meet diverse stakeholder needs and mitigate potential resistance during the IAO transformation.
- Assess stakeholder readiness and execute proactive interventions to increase adoption of new ERP and Supply Chain tools.
- Develop and communicate a compelling business change narrative that resonates across all organizational levels.
- Manage the Change Agent Network and key stakeholder coalitions to drive engagement.
- Consult on and uplevel program training strategies and material deployment to ensure user proficiency.
- Coordinate and execute communication plans to reinforce future state ways of working and minimize business disruptions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, HR, or related field.
- 4+ years of related experience in change management.
- Proven experience in at least two of: Program/Project management, Communications, L&D, Employee Engagement, or Supply Chain/Procurement.
- Must have valid US work authorization (no sponsorship provided).
Nice to have
- Understanding of manufacturing and business planning operations.
- Prior experience with Supply Chain Planning tools.
