Location: Hybrid (US: Folsom, Phoenix, Santa Clara, Hillsboro). This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Salary: $52,000 – $200,000 per year

What you will do

• Apply change management principles to meet diverse stakeholder needs and mitigate potential resistance during the IAO transformation.
• Assess stakeholder readiness and execute proactive interventions to increase adoption of new ERP and Supply Chain tools.
• Develop and communicate a compelling business change narrative that resonates across all organizational levels.
• Manage the Change Agent Network and key stakeholder coalitions to drive engagement.
• Consult on and uplevel program training strategies and material deployment to ensure user proficiency.
• Coordinate and execute communication plans to reinforce future state ways of working and minimize business disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, HR, or related field.
• 4+ years of related experience in change management.
• Proven experience in at least two of: Program/Project management, Communications, L&D, Employee Engagement, or Supply Chain/Procurement.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Understanding of hirify.global manufacturing and business planning operations.
• Prior experience with Supply Chain Planning tools.
