What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for the largest enterprise implementations from kick-off through post-launch hypercare.
• Conduct deep discovery sessions to document technical requirements and configure the platform to meet client needs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans with clear timelines and milestones.
• Facilitate executive check-ins and lead process mapping and workflow whiteboarding sessions.
• Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales on scoping and technical discovery for strategic, complex deals.
• Mentor junior Implementation Managers and contribute to the development of implementation playbooks.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of customer-facing experience in implementation or project management, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or B2B SaaS.
• Deep domain expertise in transportation, logistics, freight audit, or supply chain technology.
• Experience managing senior to executive-level stakeholders (Director through C-suite).
• Must be based in Chicago, IL for hybrid office attendance.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Linear, or Jira.
