What you will do
- Act as the subject matter expert during sales cycles for renewable fuels producers to drive business value.
- Manage customer onboarding, training, and adoption efforts to ensure long-term satisfaction and KPI alignment.
- Translate complex technical ethanol production workflows into business requirements for product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to tailor product demos and presentations to industry-specific use cases.
- Monitor industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform product strategy and maintain competitive differentiation.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5+ years of experience in the renewable fuels industry, specifically supporting ethanol producers.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and workflow mapping.
- Willingness to travel for on-site engagements (approximately 20–30%).
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally between sales, customer-facing teams, and product development.
Nice to have
- Experience working with software companies serving industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in process industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field.
