Location: Must be based in the United States (Nebraska), with 50-75% travel required.

Compensation: $102,130 – $149,776 plus discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

  • Guide business development efforts within the Food & Beverage utility sector.
  • Identify and capture new customer opportunities to expand market share.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Accounts teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
  • Support the introduction of new products as part of a customer-centric acquisition strategy.
  • Provide market insights to marketing and R&D teams to influence future innovations.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior partners and decision-makers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development in complex B2B environments.
  • Proven track record in utilities, wastewater treatment, or the food and beverage sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.
  • Strong analytical skills to support investment decisions and market analysis.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
