Compensation: $102,130 – $149,776 plus discretionary bonuses.

What you will do
- Guide business development efforts within the Food & Beverage utility sector.
- Identify and capture new customer opportunities to expand market share.
- Collaborate with Corporate Accounts teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
- Support the introduction of new products as part of a customer-centric acquisition strategy.
- Provide market insights to marketing and R&D teams to influence future innovations.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior partners and decision-makers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development in complex B2B environments.
- Proven track record in utilities, wastewater treatment, or the food and beverage sector.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.
- Strong analytical skills to support investment decisions and market analysis.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
