Business Development Manager (Cleantech)

What you will do

• Lead and support engagements with cleantech and energy technology partners.
• Proactively identify new partnership opportunities and translate market insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Conduct rigorous data analysis to shape business development strategy.
• Develop compelling sales tools and presentations to onboard new partners.
• Collaborate with market leaders in EV charging, energy storage, and smart buildings.
• Manage a varied workload with a high degree of ownership and urgency.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 2–3 years of experience in consumer energy technology, demand response, utility programs, or fintech.
• Strong analytical foundation and experience with CRM platforms.
• Proven ability to manage time and priorities independently in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience thriving in distributed teams through asynchronous communication.
