Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of direct experience in an engineering manager role leading at least 5 engineers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of building diverse technical teams and supporting career growth.
• Strong experience with Agile SDLC, CI/CD, and automated testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, MongoDB, Docker, or Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, or Go.
