Salary: $150,400 - $225,600 USD

What you will do
- Lead team in designing, developing, and verifying software for medical devices, focusing on desktop applications and product updates.
- Manage day-to-day technical operations including sprint backlogs, assignments, and deliverable tracking.
- Solve complex problems through information gathering, analysis, and investigation.
- Partner with R&D (quality, regulatory, marketing) and communicate with stakeholders.
- Drive best software practices, sustainable processes, coaching, and team growth.
- Oversee scope, cost, schedule, resourcing, and continuous improvement in cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related
- 5+ years in customer-facing software product development with proven project delivery AND 5+ years managing software teams
- Experience with C++, C#, JavaScript, Dart, Python, etc.
- Strong knowledge of desktop (primarily), mobile, cloud software development, verification, SDLC (Agile, SCRUM, SAFe).
- Project management in matrix structures, people leadership, mentoring, cross-functional collaboration.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship)
Nice to have
- Software management in medical or regulated industries.
- Experience with IEC 62304, ISO 14971 standards.
