What you will do

• Conduct virtual intake appointments to screen for obesity and develop treatment plans.
• Provide comprehensive clinical services including medication management and diagnostic lab interpretation.
• Lead shared medical appointment groups focused on positive parenting for healthy weight.
• Collaborate with behavioral health colleagues, therapists, and nursing staff.
• Monitor patient progress through follow-up appointments and adjust treatment plans.
• Contribute to the development of clinical tools and care model workflows.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice medicine in California with active DEA registration.
• Board certified in Pediatrics.
• At least 5 years of patient care experience.
• Confidence in using EMR and telemedicine tools.
• Experience working with families from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to providing culturally responsive treatment.
