Location: Fully remote within the continental US
Salary: $250,000–$280,000

What you will do
- Assume clinical responsibility for an assigned patient population and monitor population health metrics.
- Provide physician supervision and consultation for a team of APPs, RNs, dietitians, lactation consultants, and mental health specialists.
- Lead multi-disciplinary care coordination meetings to develop holistic, individualized patient care plans.
- Partner with Operations leads to identify gaps and implement interventions to improve practice performance.
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary review sessions for episodic events and perform periodic peer reviews.
- Participate in regular virtual call to support 24/7 patient availability.
Requirements
- Must be located in the continental US.
- Medical degree from an accredited US medical school and completion of an accredited US residency program in Obstetrics/Gynecology.
- Active, unrestricted license to practice in the US and willingness to obtain licenses in all US states.
- Active certification with the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
- 5+ years of experience practicing as an attending physician.
- Experience leading collaborative, team-based care.
Nice to have
- Experience in telehealth, value-based care, or population health.
- Experience working at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
- Expertise in perinatal mental health and/or substance use disorder.
- Menopause Society Certification.
