What you will do

• Conduct functional medicine visits both virtually and in-person at the NY Center.
• Utilize advanced testing to identify and address root causes of chronic illnesses.
• Collaborate with health coaches and RN care managers to develop and execute personalized patient plans.
• Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with patients.
• Document clinical care within a proprietary EMR system.

Requirements

• Must be a board-certified MD, DO, NP, or PA with active state licensure in NY or CA.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience.
• Passion for lifestyle medicine, nutrition, and whole-person care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong commitment to collaborative, data-driven healthcare.
