What you will do

• Prepare and execute comprehensive marketing and promotional campaigns for multiple club and theatre-level events.
• Manage advertising budgets across multiple events within the assigned market.
• Serve as the primary local contact for artist marketing representatives to align on venue and show plans.
• Develop impactful promotions using regional media partners and coordinate street team/grassroots efforts.
• Analyze audience and artist demographics to shape marketing strategies and provide post-show analytics recaps.
• Collaborate with venue teams to maximize awareness via social media, email, and on-site assets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing within entertainment, sports, or public assembly settings.
• 3+ years of experience working directly with artist marketing representatives.
• 3+ years of experience managing local media relationships.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends based on business operations.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to troubleshoot independently in a fast-paced environment.
