What you will do

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Monitor operational performance indicators and inventory health to identify risks or deviations.
• Translate complex operational data into clear, professional client-facing narratives and reports.
• Lead and participate in client meetings, operational touchpoints, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Revenue Services, Client Success, and Implementation.
• Document client interactions, action items, and escalations accurately within the CRM.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or client-facing roles.
• Foundational understanding of hospital revenue cycle processes, insurance billing, and reimbursement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear operational reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a cross-functional environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
