• Review service delivery metrics and team processes to drive process improvement changes.
• Increase client satisfaction and service quality for a healthcare RPO client.
• Develop and maintain cutting-edge talent acquisition solutions.
• Partner with the COE team across Reporting, Continuous Improvement, Training, D&I, and Brand & Recruitment Marketing.
• Manage recruitment operations to optimize the function's overall performance.
