What you will do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts and projects.
• Lead the execution of medical communications programs from initiation to completion.
• Manage project financials, including budget tracking, invoicing, and scope changes.
• Collaborate with creative, editorial, and digital teams to ensure project alignment.
• Supervise the medical, regulatory, and legal (MLR) review process.
• Support organic growth by identifying new opportunities and assisting in business development.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 4–6+ years of experience in medical communications, medical education, or pharma marketing.
• Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and drug development processes.
• Proven financial acumen including forecasting and SOW development.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management systems.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with document submission systems such as Veeva PromoMats.
