TL;DR

HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist (Edtech): Managing the global end-to-end hiring pipeline and internal HR ecosystem with an accent on scalable recruitment workflows and global people operations. Focus on building structured onboarding/offboarding processes, managing cross-border contracts, and optimizing remote-first policies.

What you will do

  • Own the full-cycle global hiring pipeline for technical (Engineers, QAs, PMs) and commercial roles.
  • Design and maintain the HR architecture, including structured onboarding and offboarding workflows.
  • Manage operations for a distributed team of 50+ members across 25+ countries using Deel and HiBob.
  • Author and execute remote-first company policies and 360-degree performance review cycles.
  • Act as the primary HR resource for the distributed team, resolving payment and operational inquiries.
  • Optimize workflows and documentation using AI tools and Notion to eliminate manual processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in both Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist/Operations roles, ideally in a tech startup.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing both technical and non-technical talent during high-volume spikes.
  • Experience building HR processes, wikis, and policies from the ground up.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Recruitee, and HiBob, including the use of AI to accelerate output.
  • Direct experience managing distributed teams and cross-border contractor management via Deel.
  • Flawless English for writing structured policies for an asynchronous global audience.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in HR/TA for a global, fully remote tech company.
  • Proficient hands-on experience with Deel, Recruitee, and HiBob.
