What you will do
- Sell Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs throughout an assigned geographic territory.
- Engage healthcare professionals, office staff, and decision makers in face-to-face discussions to promote assigned client products.
- Educate providers on product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications to support appropriate patient use.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers by leveraging a high knowledge level of products and territory customers.
- Plan, analyze, and act on sales data within the assigned geography to identify and address territory opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives; travel approximately 30% (up to a 2-hour radius from the headquarters city, with some overnight travel).
Requirements
- BA/BS (or higher) from an accredited college or university; business, life science, or clinical degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of pharmaceutical/medical device/medical sales experience, or outside/field B2B sales, or experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional with current OB/GYN relationships in the assigned territory.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze, and act upon sales data within an assigned geography.
- Solid, persuasive business communication with physicians and providers.
- Ability to work independently, exercise good business judgment, and analyze/address territory opportunities.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% as requested (up to 2-hour radius from the headquarters city; some overnight travel may be required).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application.
- Consistent track record of quantifiable/documented sales accomplishments.
- Computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
