Salary: $81,400 - $151,100 (U.S. National Base Pay Range); Total Target Cash Range: $125,300 - $232,700

What you will do

  • Identify key contacts and decision makers and build strong relationships within assigned healthcare system accounts.
  • Create and execute account plans to drive new business opportunities and exceed quota/annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Implementation to support customer success.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM records; keep account profiles and contact information up to date.
  • Promote and deliver promotional product strategies.
  • Conduct effective remote product demonstrations (e.g., via Zoom) for prospective customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of success in B2B sales selling technology solutions in healthcare.
  • Proven track record in prospecting, closing new business, and consistently achieving quota.
  • Experience with consultative selling to identify and solve customer problems.
  • Experience selling in complex B2B/healthcare environments with multiple influencers and decision makers.
  • Ability to accurately forecast new business opportunities.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) and knowledge of the healthcare regulatory environment.
