What you will do
- Identify key contacts and decision makers and build strong relationships within assigned healthcare system accounts.
- Create and execute account plans to drive new business opportunities and exceed quota/annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Implementation to support customer success.
- Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM records; keep account profiles and contact information up to date.
- Promote and deliver promotional product strategies.
- Conduct effective remote product demonstrations (e.g., via Zoom) for prospective customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of success in B2B sales selling technology solutions in healthcare.
- Proven track record in prospecting, closing new business, and consistently achieving quota.
- Experience with consultative selling to identify and solve customer problems.
- Experience selling in complex B2B/healthcare environments with multiple influencers and decision makers.
- Ability to accurately forecast new business opportunities.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) and knowledge of the healthcare regulatory environment.
