Location: Fully remote, field-based position. Must be able to cover the Utah territory.

Salary: $155,000 - $201,500 Annual

What you will do

• Lead and execute sales plans to maximize growth in the rare disease market across Utah.
• Maintain deep knowledge of disease states, products, and the competitive healthcare landscape.
• Collaborate with Market Access and Patient Support teams to achieve shared business objectives.
• Identify and establish strategic relationships with emerging thought leaders and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Ensure all business activities are performed in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in biotech/pharma product promotion.
• Proven track record of success in exceeding goals during biotech/pharma product launches.
• Strong analytical skills for effective strategic planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Portfolio selling experience.
• Specialty or rare-orphan disease experience.
• Strong business partnerships in the Pulmonary and/or Infectious Disease community.
• Experience working compliantly in patient support models.
