What you will do

• Own the end-to-end interaction and visual design across multiple features and projects.
• Lead the design of intuitive, human-centric flows that solve complex technical problems.
• Drive design strategy and execution to identify and prioritize opportunities for business impact.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners from concept through launch and iteration.
• Contribute to and evolve the hirify.global Design System to maintain UI/UX best practices.
• Mentor peers and facilitate cross-functional discussions to up-level the design organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant working experience in product design.
• Portfolio demonstrating a history of impactful projects and a strong human-centric design process.
• Proven experience shipping products that simplify complex workflows.
• Strong skills in UX, interaction, and visual design.
• Proficiency in modern design software and prototyping workflows using AI.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
