What you will do

• Translate product concepts into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and detailed UI design specifications for development.
• Iterate on designs through an agile, learning-oriented process to improve design integration and efficiency.
• Lead and coach the design team to deliver high-quality work and meet team goals.
• Represent the voice of the customer by balancing user needs with business objectives and technical constraints.
• Present design work and insights to cross-functional partners, guiding decisions and elevating design standards.

Requirements

• Location: Remote - USA and ability to provide verification of legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience working in UX, Visual Design, or IA within multi-disciplinary teams (technology and design).
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Zeplin.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to work with remote project teams.
