Salary: $167,200 – $218,500 (based on location)

What you will do

• Lead product and experience design for AI-supported member journeys across the health ecosystem.
• Define interaction models for intelligent guidance, recommendations, and human-in-the-loop support.
• Shape the collaboration between AI and human care teams to ensure coherent and trustworthy service touchpoints.
• Translate complex concepts like empathy, safety, and clinical appropriateness into concrete design patterns.
• Prototype early and often using modern AI tools, conversational flows, and service blueprints.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including AI, data science, clinical, and engineering to align user needs with technical capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product, UX, interaction, or service design.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, systems design, and high-quality execution.
• Experience designing AI-powered, personalized, or conversational product experiences.
• Ability to design across multiple surfaces, workflows, and complex service touchpoints.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to explore ideas, prototype, and synthesize research.
• Must be based in the USA to align with company operations and benefits.

• Experience designing for healthcare, chronic care, or clinical workflows.
• Experience contributing to AI evaluation loops and quality assessment.
• Experience with service blueprinting and journey mapping in complex ecosystems.
