Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Perform condition assessments of building enclosure systems.
• Act as an envelope commissioning project manager.
• Conduct design reviews for constructability and durability.
• Identify building enclosure problems and present effective corrections/solutions.
• Develop enclosure commissioning specifications, checklists, and quality standards.
• Oversee and perform enclosure testing activities according to industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management (or 12+ years of relevant experience).
• 7+ years of experience in building enclosure systems.
• 7+ years of construction observation experience within the building construction industry.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Roofing or building enclosure credentials.
