Senior Project Engineer (Wind)

Salary: $100,561 – $145,814

What you will do

• Manage and direct multiple third-party design firms to produce construction-ready electrical, civil, and structural drawings.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for project owners and internal construction teams.
• Coordinate and lead design reviews at key project milestones.
• Manage RFIs, design changes, and support commissioning and as-built documentation.
• Perform overall integration of technical activities and technology across engineering projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from an ABET-accredited college.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering or construction/field experience in heavy civil, industrial, or power generation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong understanding of industry specifications and safety standards.
• Ability to travel as required for project coordination.

Nice to have

• Renewable energy experience (Wind, Solar, or BESS).
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certificate.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure, particularly in electrical engineering.
