TL;DR

Location: 100% on-site in Pleasanton, CA, USA

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 yearly

A medical contract manufacturing firm specializing in outsourced assembly, packaging, and engineering support for medical device companies.

What you will do

  • Research and identify target medical device OEMs and develop outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Business Development Managers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track conversion metrics using Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Process RFQs, source raw materials, and coordinate with the NPD team to develop cost models and quotations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations to align customer product needs with company manufacturing capabilities.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Experience in medical device, life sciences, or precision manufacturing.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to understand technical manufacturing concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA-regulated manufacturing.
  • Understanding of the medical device product development lifecycle.
  • Experience with injection molding, metals machining, assembly, sterilization, and packaging.
