What you will do
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual net hearing instrument sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow business and identify service needs.
- Develop and execute an annual territory business plan in coordination with regional leadership.
- Collaborate with inside sales to prospect, develop, and recruit new customers.
- Provide product training and technical support for hearing device software and hardware.
- Deliver persuasive presentations to individual customers and large groups.
Requirements
- Must reside within the assigned territory (Boston, MA area).
- 3+ years of experience in outside sales selling tangible products.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (non-retail).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) and database management.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs and perform field-based work.
