What you will do

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual net hearing instrument sales quotas.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow business and identify service needs.
• Develop and execute an annual territory business plan in coordination with regional leadership.
• Collaborate with inside sales to prospect, develop, and recruit new customers.
• Provide product training and technical support for hearing device software and hardware.
• Deliver persuasive presentations to individual customers and large groups.

Requirements

• Must reside within the assigned territory (Boston, MA area).
• 3+ years of experience in outside sales selling tangible products.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience (non-retail).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) and database management.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and perform field-based work.
