Salary: $350,000 - $400,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Lead, hire, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
• Own and drive strategies to improve sales processes, team efficiency, and productivity.
• Meet or exceed team revenue and ARR targets.
• Support complex sales cycles by aligning product value with customer needs.
• Define and refine a scalable, repeatable sales process in partnership with leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software sales.
• 4+ years of experience managing an Enterprise sales team.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets as both a leader and individual contributor.
• Experience recruiting and developing sales teams from the ground up in fast-growth SaaS companies.
• Must be located in California.
• Strong communication skills for influencing VP and C-suite executives.
