What you will do

  • Manage and develop a team of 7+ Mid-Market Account Managers through performance coaching and career planning.
  • Drive revenue growth and portfolio retention via customer expansions, upsells, and upgrades.
  • Implement renewal and expansion forecasting cadences and deliver accurate reports to leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to build and refine account management playbooks.
  • Hire, onboard, and enable new team members to ensure high productivity and product adoption.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Renewals, or Account Management.
  • 2+ years of experience managing metrics-driven customer-facing teams within a high-growth technology company.
  • Proven track record of leading teams responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing product adoption.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product teams to serve as the voice of the customer.
