What you will do
- Manage and develop a team of 7+ Mid-Market Account Managers through performance coaching and career planning.
- Drive revenue growth and portfolio retention via customer expansions, upsells, and upgrades.
- Implement renewal and expansion forecasting cadences and deliver accurate reports to leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to build and refine account management playbooks.
- Hire, onboard, and enable new team members to ensure high productivity and product adoption.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Renewals, or Account Management.
- 2+ years of experience managing metrics-driven customer-facing teams within a high-growth technology company.
- Proven track record of leading teams responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing product adoption.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product teams to serve as the voice of the customer.
