Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or hub-based in San Francisco or New York)
Salary: $211,000 - $264,000 USD (Annual Base)

What you will do
- Lead a team of Account Executives focusing on engagement, expansion, and retention of Fortune 1000 customers.
- Evaluate and execute playbooks and systems to support a high-growth sales organization.
- Test and refine growth and acquisition strategies using data and segment-specific value drivers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing to increase revenue.
- Build and inspire high-performing teams through scalable, data-driven processes.
- Manage the hiring, training, and development of new team members.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales.
- 3+ years of experience in management.
- Prior experience leading both managers and Enterprise Account Executives.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams to meet and exceed goals.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of second-line leadership experience within a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience using or other UX/UI tools.
- Knowledge of Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodologies.
