What you will do

• Clean, validate, and maintain complex datasets, consolidating fragmented vendor and spend data into a unified structure.
• Build and maintain automations in Zapier, Make, and internal tools to improve contract workflows and intake processes.
• Map out end-to-end internal processes to identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows for speed and reliability.
• Develop fail-safe automation logic with clear alerts and QA paths to eliminate manual steps.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to evolve and document the company's internal operating system.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in operations, data operations, BizOps, or RevOps.
• Demonstrated experience cleaning messy datasets and implementing structure.
• Strong proficiency with Airtable and/or low-code database tools.
• Proven experience with Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools.
• Ability to break down ambiguous workflows and rebuild them elegantly.
• Excellent communication skills and crisp documentation habits.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL.
• Light scripting skills in Python, Javascript, or Sheets.
• Experience with contract data, vendor management, or finance ops.
• Startup or procurement experience.
