What you will do

  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Build and qualify enterprise-level pipeline from scratch to hand off to sales teams.
  • Convert marketing-sourced interest by following up on campaigns and inbound leads.
  • Manage target accounts with precision, ensuring consistent engagement with decision-makers.
  • Optimize sales workflows and contribute innovative outreach tactics to the team.

Requirements

  • English: C2 level required
  • 1–3 years of proven enterprise-level outbound prospecting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-touch sequences and break through gatekeepers.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms like Outreach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of radical ownership and resourcefulness.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to London for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French or German.
  • Experience with data-led targeting and campaign analysis.
  • Established personal sales methodology.
