What you will do

• Define and drive the UX research vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dating Outcomes and Platform.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of seasoned researchers, maintaining a high bar for craft and rigor.
• Synthesize UXR and Data Science insights into strategic POVs that shape product vision and inform executive decisions.
• Represent research strategy and complex tradeoffs in VP-level forums and to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop cross-team synthesis frameworks to unify insights across different product groups.
• Identify and resolve organizational gaps to improve team velocity and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid)
• 10+ years of UX research experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing and developing researchers across multiple levels.
• Deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proven track record of leading research across complex consumer product portfolios that directly shaped product strategy.
• Ability to influence without authority across product, engineering, design, and data functions.
