What you will do

• Define and execute a UX vision aligned with AI-enabled product strategy, including GenAI and ML-driven personalization.
• Lead design for enterprise-scale SaaS platforms, ensuring consistency across complex product ecosystems.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to influence product strategy and architecture.
• Build and lead a high-performing global UX team, including product designers, researchers, and design ops.
• Establish design standards, systems, and governance to scale consistency and efficiency.
• Define and track UX KPIs to measure the impact of design on business outcomes like conversion and retention.

Requirements

• 10+ years in UX/UI design with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives in SaaS or platform environments.
• Strong exposure to AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven design.
• Deep expertise in design systems, interaction design, and user research.
• Experience scaling UX across global, multi-product ecosystems.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
