Salary: $95,000 - $171,000

What you will do

• Deliver energy efficiency programs to utility clients in accordance with contract terms and budgets.
• Identify, quantify, and track program deliverables to ensure accurate and timely submission.
• Assess project progress and develop innovative solutions to address new issues or market dynamics.
• Manage and mentor a delivery team by setting performance standards and objectives.
• Manage client expectations and communications, resolving or escalating issues as necessary.
• Coordinate with internal IT, Marketing, Finance, and HR departments to improve program efficiencies.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field.
• At least 3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
• Experience integrating software products into service offerings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Technical acumen regarding residential and business energy use or building science.
• Experience in short and long-range strategic planning.
• Proficiency in establishing job and work process flows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, action-oriented attitude.
