What you will do

• Transition clients onto managed services and own the entire project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with account managers to define project success criteria and technical requirements.
• Lead project execution by assigning tasks to engineers and communicating status updates to customers.
• Develop digestible project plans that organize tasks into logical phases for technical and non-technical staff.
• Manage project coordination tasks, including service order initialization and information requests.
• Work with Onboarding Consultants to research and confirm project scope and service inclusions.

Requirements

• Moderate experience in project management and professional services.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Understanding of cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery concepts.
• Familiarity with Azure, Office 365, Microsoft Server OS, and backup technologies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Prince).
• Experience using SmartSheets, ServiceNow, or similar project management software.
