What you will do

• Lead a business vertical, ensuring the professional and profitable delivery of all programmes and projects.
• Oversee operational and financial performance, including recoverability, utilization, and profitability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (medical, editorial, strategy, creative, digital, and motion) to deliver high-standard outputs.
• Serve as a senior client-facing delivery lead to ensure confidence in programme execution and onboarding.
• Line-manage and mentor Project Managers, providing coaching and skills development.
• Drive continuous improvement in project health, planning, and delivery discipline.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing projects involving branding, digital (web, app, CRM), and motion.
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate scope and finances.
• Proven experience effectively managing project teams of 15-20 people.
• Expertise in budget and cost control and crisis management with risk mitigation strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in project planning software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Formal project management training/certification (e.g., Prince2 or Agile).
• Experience within the medcomms or healthcare industry.
