What you will do
- Establish programme structures, governance frameworks, and operating rhythms for the Transformation Office.
- Own and manage the integrated programme plan, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones across all workstreams.
- Provide executive-level reporting and strategic insights to the leadership team regarding transformation progress.
- Define and embed change management practices to enable the adoption of AI-native ways of working.
- Bridge programme governance, workforce planning, and talent strategy to align capabilities with business strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programmes in technology, consulting, or digital services.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional change programmes, ideally involving engineering transformation.
- Experience in workforce planning and translating business strategy into people and capability plans.
- Exposure to AI, ML, or AI-native engineering concepts and ability to engage with engineering leaders.
- Must be based in the UK or Ireland.
Nice to have
- Background in a digital consultancy, technology services firm, or fast-scaling product organisation.
- Strong data literacy and ability to interpret workforce and utilisation metrics.
- Advanced AI skills across various tools and the ability to apply them across multiple disciplines.
