What you will do

• Proactively engage builders and platforms, especially within modern "vibe coding" environments.
• Execute a partnership pipeline in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Manage onboarded partners and provide co-marketing support to drive adoption.
• Monitor trends in AI-assisted development and open-source infrastructure to identify new ecosystem opportunities.
• Grow hirify.global's presence in next-generation coding platforms by building relationships with founders and developers.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in a technical field or 2–5 years of professional experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• Familiarity with open-source technologies, SaaS models, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) server-based integrations.
• Experience with market research, strategic analysis, or partnership development within the open-source space.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and assess business opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presenting findings.
• Must be self-motivated and capable of managing projects independently.

Nice to have

• Experience building side projects or prototypes using hirify.global with AI-powered tools (e.g., Lovable, Bolt, Figma, v0).
• Familiarity with open-source communities or developer GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies.
• Prior internship or early experience in AI startups or developer tooling companies.
• Exposure to AI/LLM-powered developer tools and workflows.
