What you will do
- Build the DACH market as the founding GTME, closing net new business.
- Prospect target accounts and manage inbound leads to build a robust pipeline.
- Run consultative discovery and tailored product demos connecting to prospect workflows.
- Develop business cases to secure budget and internal champions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to shape solutions.
- Help build the sales playbook, processes, and culture as the company scales.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a closing role (AE or sales leader) with a track record of exceeding quota.
- German speaking proficiency is required.
- Experience closing mid-market new-logo deals via consultative, solutions-oriented selling.
- Strong business IQ to quickly understand GTM motions and identify value creation.
- Experience with a formal sales methodology.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London.
