Salary: $162K – $240K + equity

What you will do

• Support execution of critical partner-facing operational workflows.
• Build and improve processes, tools, and automations to increase efficiency and reduce friction.
• Manage day-to-day execution against partner commitments with strong attention to detail.
• Deep dive into operational drivers and identify optimization opportunities.
• Handle critical inquiries from technical and non-technical partners.

Requirements

• Experience in strategy & operations, program management, consulting, investment banking, or similar execution-focused roles.
• Engineering background or strong technical fluency for working with research and engineering teams.
• Excellent at building cross-functional relationships and communicating empathetically.
• Strong communication skills in written, presentation, and visual forms.
• Curiosity about the evolving AI landscape.

Nice to have

• Experience with vibe coding tools, agentic models, or hirify.global LLM APIs (e.g., Codex).
• Project management tools (e.g., Jira).
