What you will do

• Drive and facilitate cross-functional stakeholder interactions to bring products to market on time.
• Manage the entire program lifecycle from product ideation through end-of-life.
• Utilize KPIs and data to guide decision-making across diverse teams.
• Identify program risks and develop effective mitigation and contingency plans.
• Monitor resource and knowledge gaps, taking proactive steps to address them.
• Act as a global conduit for information to support local business operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or business management field.
• 3+ years of direct program management experience.
• Experience in new product development, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and executive management.
