Integration Design Engineer (Mechanical Engineering)

What you will do

• Design mechanical components for server rack assemblies using Siemens NX.
• Create and release BOMs for air traffic control systems.
• Produce drawings for internal and external manufacturing.
• Develop assembly drawings and electrical diagrams for the production floor.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, planning, manufacturing engineering, and technicians.
• Work independently on multiple projects and tasks concurrently.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with 3D modeling (preferably Siemens NX).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• US citizenship and eligibility for US Government security clearance.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.

Nice to have

• Experience designing products to meet FAA, MIL, or GOV specs.
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience working with and designing for PDM/PLM release.
• Experience using Microsoft Visio.
