Salary: $70,000–$100,000 Annually

What you will do

• Review customer specifications and develop design approaches to meet requirements.
• Optimize designs using FEA tools and collaborate on solid models and detailed prints.
• Conduct internal and external design reviews throughout the development process.
• Support the model shop during prototype building and qualification testing.
• Prepare comprehensive drawing packages for final production release.
• Address technical questions from customers and foster innovation in manufacturing techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of design experience, preferably with electro-mechanical devices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage tasks through development, prototype, and production phases.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
