Process Engineer

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 Annually

What you will do

• Oversee manufacturing process development and support slip ring production departments.
• Manage projects related to automation, quality, continuous improvement, and 5S.
• Review and respond to requests for quotes on new orders.
• Conduct mechanical and electrical manufacturing design reviews to improve manufacturability.
• Order and support manufacturing tooling, labor standards, and facility layouts.
• Provide performance reports to management regarding schedules and expenditures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field required.
• Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
