What you will do

• Own the quarterly and annual global income tax provision process under ASC 740.
• Manage deferred tax calculations, valuation allowances, and FIN 48 uncertain tax positions.
• Consolidate worldwide tax provision information, including legal entity results and reconciliations.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and external advisors to evaluate tax implications of business initiatives.
• Maintain and execute SOX controls over the tax provision process and support audits.
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize tax reporting operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive corporate income tax experience with significant ASC 740 expertise.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. federal and state income tax.
• Proven experience leading people and managing external consulting firms.
• Experience working within a multinational or complex corporate environment.
