TL;DR

Salary: $88,000–$131,000/year (OTE $99,000–$147,000)

What you will do

  • Prepare and coordinate financial statement data for SEC filings including 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and Proxy statements.
  • Create and maintain support workbooks for consolidated financial statements and related disclosures.
  • Perform detailed tie-outs for SEC filings, press releases, and investor presentations.
  • Assist with XBRL tagging and review processes within Workiva.
  • Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to manage information requests.
  • Maintain reporting calendars and manage deadline adherence across departments like Legal, FP&A, and Corporate Accounting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and active CPA certification required.
  • 2+ years of experience in public accounting or in-house SEC reporting.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight reporting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workiva and/or Netsuite.
  • Public company reporting experience.
