What you will do

• Prepare annual worldwide tax provisions under ASC 740, including ETR and deferred tax calculations.
• Manage month-end close entries for tax accruals and reserves.
• Coordinate with external advisors for corporate and partnership income tax returns.
• Prepare quarterly estimated tax payments, extensions, and various annual filings.
• Maintain and optimize provision workflows using CorpTax.
• Monitor tax legislation and assist with tax audits and conthirify.globalsy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Master’s degree in Tax.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
• Minimum of two years of tax provision experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate federal and state income tax and ASC 740.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience manipulating large data sets.
• Must be based in the Greater Seattle Area or willing to relocate.

Nice to have

• Licensed CPA.
• Familiarity with U.S. international, partnership tax, and E&P concepts.
• Experience with CorpTax Provision or data automation tools like Savant.
